I’m Justin Phillips, owner of Phillips Equipment. I grew up on our family farm, which has been in the family for more than a century. Tractors, equipment, and the hardworking people who depend on them have always been part of my life.

I’ve always enjoyed buying and selling equipment—finding a good piece, making a fair deal, and helping someone get what they need. What started as a hobby grew into Phillips Equipment. Today, I still get the same satisfaction from finding dependable preowned equipment that someone can put to good use on a farm, at a job site, or in their everyday work.

For me, this business is about treating people right, being straightforward, and building lasting relationships. Whether you’re looking for your next piece of equipment or have something you’re ready to sell, my goal is to make the process simple, personal, and easy to navigate.

Meet Captain

Every farm needs a good dog, and ours has Captain. He’s Justin’s Great Pyrenees and calls the family farm home. He doesn’t know much about equipment, but he’s loves to greet everyone with a smile and a wagging tail.
